The role is in-person in Bangkok. We work 5-6 days a week.

You prompt, steer, critique, and iterate with AI tools effectively. You distinguish an impressive demo from a reliable solution.
You understand model capabilities and boundaries: what models solve well, where they hallucinate, when they need tools, and when human judgment must own the decision.
You evaluate open-source and frontier models across capability, cost, latency, privacy, tool support, and operational risk.
You think in evals. Before you trust automation, you ask what proves it works, what proves it fails, and which test cases belong in the regression suite.

AI-enabled growth hacker
Discover customer demand, shape compelling offers, run rapid experiments, build distribution loops, and measure what changes customer behavior.
We want more shots on goal while maintaining taste, specificity, and honesty. You will conduct market research, draft targeted campaigns, enrich leads, repurpose core ideas, and track experiments.
You will work on
Turn broad customer segments into verified operational pains, buying triggers, cited claims, and testable offers.
Create sharp landing-page copy, outbound notes, demo scripts, thought-leadership content, and distribution experiments.
Build AI-assisted workflows for lead enrichment, evidence verification, campaign logging, and analytics review.
Run fast feedback loops: launch small tests, analyze the signal, cut underperforming angles, and scale what works.
You are probably strong if
You make AI-generated copy sound specific, grounded, and human rather than generic or repetitive.
You work comfortably across analytics platforms, spreadsheets, data enrichment pipelines, and written experiments.
You distinguish surface engagement from genuine buyer intent, vanity metrics from true learning, and clever prose from real conversion signals.
