## AI-enabled engineer

Turn messy operational work into reliable code, command surfaces, structured context, and governed AI workflows. Build leverage: tight systems that absorb recurring tasks, make judgment explicit, and guide operators from raw inputs to reviewed outputs. Work includes internal tools that convert recurring tasks into repeatable CLI commands and schemas, AI surfaces where models draft and propose while humans approve consequential actions, comprehensive eval suites, and lightweight pipelines across APIs, inboxes, calendars, chat, and internal databases. Include one concrete system you built or evaluated.

## AI-enabled growth hacker

Discover customer demand, shape offers, run rapid experiments, build distribution loops, and measure what changes customer behavior. Turn broad segments into verified pains and testable offers; create landing copy, outbound notes, demo scripts, and distribution experiments; build AI-assisted workflows for lead enrichment and campaign logging; run fast feedback loops and scale what works. Make AI-generated copy specific and grounded, distinguish buyer intent from vanity metrics, and explain why a message resonates. Include one experiment, campaign, memo, or growth workflow.

## ML engineer

Improve model performance after pretraining: design training loops, inspect policy rollouts, catch reward hacking, and turn broad capability goals into measurable behaviors. Work includes post-training experiments for reasoning, code, tool use, and multi-turn workflows; regression suites that catch metric gaming; training configs, PEFT/LoRA, loss curves, and deployment pipelines; and diagnosis from execution traces. Move fluidly between data quality, reward design, inference dynamics, and reliability. Include one training experiment, eval harness, fine-tune run, environment, or failure analysis.
